During Q2 we identified and registered 51 transactions, 8 of which took place in the private sector. In 41% of the cases the TCV (Total Contract Value) was disclosed with values between €1m and €100m. The transaction with the largest disclosed contract value was the framework agreement tender award for IT Software Portfolio Management and Reseller-services by the Dutch Central Bank. The contract allows other EU central banks and financial institutions to join in and has as such a potential value of €75m to €100m. The contract was awarded to Comparex, Inisight and SoftwareOne.
Report Test
During Q1 we identified and registered 67 transactions, 16 of which took place in the private sector. In 40% of the cases the TCV (Total Contract Value) was disclosed with values between €1m and €144m. The transaction with the largest disclosed contract value was the framework agreement tender award for datacenter hardware by the Dutch Government (ROAD2016).
The contract was provisionally awarded to Avit, Centralpoint, i3 groep, Infotheek, Misco Solutions, Protinus, Scholten Awater and Telindus ISIT.
In Q4 we identified and registered a record number of 86 transactions, 28% of which took place in the private sector. In 31% the TCV (Total Contract Value) was disclosed with values between €1m and €160m.
The transaction with the largest disclosed contract value was the framework agreement tender for standard software by the central Dutch Government. The contract was awarded to SoftwareOne, Protinus and Comparex.
During Q3 we identified and registered 44 transactions, 8 of which too place in the private sector. In 16 cases (36%) the TCV (Total Contract Value) was disclosed with values between €1m and €132m. The transaction with the largest disclosed contract value was the framework agreement tender for application development, application maintenance and application testing by Logius (HIS). The contract was awarded to Atos, Capgemini, CGI, Ordina, Sogeti and sysQa.
During Q2 we identified and registered 46 transactions, 9 of which took place in the private sector. In 15 cases (33%) the TCV (Total Contract Value) was disclosed with values between €1m and €9m.
The transaction with the largest disclosed contract value was the network provision contract between the VUMC and Telindus ISIT. The contract was awarded after a Best Value Procurement public tender procedure.
